Afshan is a California-based designer who collaborates with architects and interior design firms nationwide to resolve and clarify interior design intent. Her practice focuses on bridging the critical gap between initial concept and the high-fidelity documentation required for accelerated client decision-making and future construction coordination.

She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and brings seven years of professional experience to residential design. Her tenure at firms such as Steinberg Hart and Reliance Design Build included work on large-scale residential developments and bespoke single-family remodels. This background provides a practical, field-tested perspective on the design and delivery of high-performing, beautifully designed homes.

Utilizing Revit as a primary technical tool, Afshan addresses layout, massing, and material resolution in real-time. This methodology prioritizes design clarity and functional optimization before a project reaches the construction phase. Parallel to her technical practice, Afshan is a block print artist; the geometry, color, and order found in traditional patterns directly inform her methodical approach and sensitivity to creating quietly pleasing interior environments.
