Afshan is a designer with a background in architecture, holding a master’s degree in the field.

She began her career at Steinberg Hart, where she worked for four years on large-scale residential and senior housing projects, building a strong foundation in design thinking, coordination, and complex project workflows.

She later joined Reliance Design Build, a residential design-build firm, where she worked for two years across all phases, from schematic design through permitting and construction. This experience gave her a clear understanding of how residential projects come together in reality, not just on paper.

Alongside her technical work, Afshan maintains a decorative design practice. Her interest in pattern, color, and visual storytelling informs her sensitivity to interior space.

Her combined interest in homes, aesthetics, and technology led her to establish Studio Reveal, where she works as a technical partner to residential designers, translating design intent into clear and coordinated visuals and drawings, bringing it one step closer to reality.
