The Four-Phase Interior Resolution Process

1. Alignment & Discovery: We absorb the designer's mood boards, project constraints, and spatial goals to capture the intended soul of the space.

2. Spatial Planning: Concepts are translated into two parallel 3D "White Mode" models. We collaborate directly with the designer to evaluate variations and lock the layout in a single direction before progressing to material development.

3. Material Development: Once the spatial layout is locked, we implement two alternate material palettes directed by the designer within the model, allowing the studio to compare, refine, and finalize textures with clarity.

4. The Resolution Hand-Off: Following final palette approval, a curated set of presentation visuals and layout views is delivered to serve as a clear, shared reference for coordination and builder estimating.

*Scope expansions or additional design directions beyond these phases are seamlessly accommodated as supplementary services.

Interior Resolution Package Deliverables

• BIM: One comprehensive design-intent model delivered as a native Autodesk Revit 2026 source file (interior scope only).

• Renderings: Three high-fidelity 3D presentation views showcasing your finalized palette for seamless homeowner approval.

• Spatial Layout: Orthographic interior plans and elevations to illustrate overall intent, scale, and spatial proportions (not for construction or field verification).

• Schedule: Design intent schedules depicting chosen materials, finishes, lighting, and plumbing fixtures specifications.

Pricing

• Bathrooms - Starting at $2,500.

• Kitchens - Starting at $3,500.

*Custom quotes available for multi-room open-plan or full-home resolutions.

*Supplementary documentation services, called an Interior Coordination Package, including schematic interior layouts with detailed dimensions, design intent electrical switching plan, and custom schedules, can be appended to any package upon request. As a fully insured partner carrying both General and Professional Liability coverage, Studio Reveal delivers all coordination assets to support design development and builder estimating, with final site verification handled by others.

Scope of Services

• All Studio Reveal deliverables represent design intent only. Construction documentation, permitting, fabrication, and procurement fall outside our scope of services and are handled entirely by others.

• For design teams not currently working in Revit, we develop a scope-specific model to keep all visuals and drawings perfectly aligned (3D setup surcharges apply).

• Our partnerships are short-term, remote-first, and precisely scoped by the room to remain flexible with your studio's workflow.
